Well, looks like Gwen got upstaged.

The real Hallowed champion is Eternal Dancers.
I mean, they found a way to make Thresh look even worse. I didn't think that was possible. And I'm not even sure why that card has Hallowed. It does everything, why do I need a bonus when it dies?

Care to elaborate? Because as far as I am concerned that card is just worse version of Kalista and Kalista herself is just decent.
I feel like Eternal Dancers is just simply a lot more abusable than any other card in the game as of right now. The fact that it does not contain "the first time" like Kalista and also the fact that it can also resummon Champions while Kalista have those restrictions is so bizarre. Like there is no way the devs didn't see Eternal Dancers + Survival Skills + Katarina/Ruined Reckoner and thought yeah no one's going to spot that combo. Other than that, I don't think the card is particularly good.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
I think at this point a clunky 3 card combo that starts on turn 6 and can very well be disrupted by any non damage removal/cc isn't that big of a deal.
Like I haven't seen the combo yet, but also I haven't seen a single gwen deck not surrendering before turn 6 when facing my Yasuo reputation deck.
Therefore I don't care a lot about this card and even if the dancers are better than Gwen... Gwen isn't that good so it doesn't really matter imo
I've faced that deck like twice now. It's usually an easy tell whenever someone is Draven SI. This combo isn't good because it's a 4 card combo (you need to give +1 Power to Eternal Dancers as well and most of the time it's Draven's Spinning Axe) and if it misses that turn, it's unlikely they can do it again and that deck doesn't have any other wincons.
I do however think that it's weird why they didn't give the same restrictions for Kalista even though the 2 cards are pretty similar in terms of what they do.

In what way is it worse than Kalista?
Kalista won't even do anything until you've leveled her up. Dancers have no requirement.
Kalista cannot revive champions
Kalista only trigers the first time she attacks.
How is that better than dancers?
She is 3 mana cheaper that alone makes her better, Dancer can grow in attack but she doesn't have any evasive key word which mean she is just getting chump blocked her ability to revive an ally is good but that require step up beforehand.
From what I have seen there are a couple of good Gwen decks and none of them are using this card the only deck using it is a Noxus/SI combo deck that tries to abuse dancer effect for free attacks and rally but that's just a meme deck.
