Hello,
Any ideas on how to quickly complete the quest to win a location using a single card?
Up to now it's the most annoying of all and season 4(?) of the event requires 20 such wins.
Not sure if dropping a card and retreating counts, but that's not the way i'd like to do it.

Yeah it sucks a LOT. That one and the "win with 10 or less Power" mission are super obnoxious. I've been getting it by accident, mostly - you can "win" a location with a single card on your way out the door, retreating whilst getting the proc. Not ideal, but it is doable that way.
If you want to grind it, a Moon Girl/Devil Dinosaur deck might be the best play. Drop the Dino in a spot by itself, and hope that's enough: the 'saur can have 17 Power - plus any additional buffs - if you have a full hand at game's end.
Edit: Another potential combo is Namor with Klaw. Place Klaw to the left of Namor's position, and you've got 16 Power with "one card". Add an Onslaught to Klaw's space for even more Power. Mister Fantastic would work too; you can even curve all of this haha
So, my unpleasant answer for this question (if anyone is still having trouble) is that the game will give you a tick on the quest if you retreat on turn 5 or 6 while winning a location with one card. I just broke down and grinded the quest today, setting up large cards by themselves, then retreating on 5 or 6 if they had the lead there. I jammed any low drops into one location to give myself the freedom to take whatever location my opponent wasn't playing to, then peaced out on turn 5 or 6 if the card had the lead. You only lose 1 cube for a retreat anyway, so it's not a huge problem.

Somehow this new featured location made it easier to complete without conceding. The one with +5 power if only card is also helpful, especially when it gets revealed later and the opponent already played a few there.
Having Hulk in the deck is definitely a must
Professor X is also a good way to get this quest done with the hot location, especially if you have Klaw, Mr Fantastic, and Spectrum

Why turn 5 or 6 only? How does the game determine it?
I'm not actually sure if it is turn 5 or 6 only, but I for sure know that it will count if you retreat on 5 or 6. I didn't think to test other turns.
