A new Perfect Dark game is coming out. The trailer shows a move to a first-person perspective, heavy focus on espionage, and some parkour elements, aside from the expected gunplay.

Never played the previous Perfect Dark games, but this has me intrigued. A lot of gameplay elements in a neat package.
