Yeah i don't believe that is intended either. When you are re-directed to this, does it allow you to log in still? If so, where does it direct you after you log in?

No, it's not possible. Only superuser accounts can log into it.
I just signed up and found this too. To clarify, when you click the "Sign Out" button at the top of the site, it brings you to https://outof.cards/accounts/logout/. Clicking "Log in again" brings you to https://outof.cards/admin/login/?next=/admin/, which has a username and password entry. Trying to enter your account details will result in the message "Please enter the correct username and password for a staff account. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive." I assume it will allow you entry if you have a staff account, but I obviously can't verify this.
Probably just a wrong login screen on that page, thanks for the info, we will have this fixed.
