Out of Cards Changelog - 2020-02-19

A small update has gone out that fixes a couple of competition issues and site nav.

Changes

Magic

• Added a header banner (finally).
• Added navigation links that take you to the Magic Arena Portal.

Hearthstone

• Fan Creations Nav item now has a dropdown.
• Added an additional reminder to use Hearthcards.net on the submission page for card competitions.

Bug Fixes

General

• Fixed an issue where spoiler markup would fail to render.
• Cookies that keep track of the last part of the site you were on (for browser-side cosmetics) no longer expire when you close your browser, retaining theme.

Hearthstone

• Fixed debug info showing up in Fan Creations "my votes" section.
• Fixed a typo causing a server-side error when visiting the competition list. (This was hotfixed on Feb 18 after the first error was triggered)

Dev Notes

We're paying attention to all the feedback that has been brought forth for the new Fan Creations Card Design Competition system. We won't be making any major changes for the first competition but we are currently considering exactly what we'll change. So far we're happy with the positive response we've seen from the launch of the system and we're looking forward to a healthy competitive environment for Hearthstone card design that simply isn't being offered elsewhere.

Update: All Runeterra card data and card images have been updated for yesterday's patch.

I noticed that the Fan Creations menu doesn't appear in the Hearthstone dropdown menu that appears on other portals, the only way to access it is to go into the Hearthstone portal first.

I've actually got a fix for this that'll go out in the next site update
