Anyone have any good ideas for a competitive Corina Veraza deck!?

Alright, so I am DETERMINED to make Corina playable/competitive in some sort of deck prior to another set coming out. Has anyone managed to do this successfully yet!?
 
I tried out a deck utilizing her and Scribe of Sorrows as the the only followers (and Chronicler of Ruin) and it works OK (just posted up a video today with some gameplay: Corina/Scribe Deck Gameplay; gameplay starts a bit later in the video) but one of the biggest downsides to her effect is decking out. If she's played in a sort of control deck (which is what the Scribe deck is turning out to be), you run the risk of decking out. I did actually lose a game running out of cards for the very first time with her.
 
If you made a deck with her, please post the code or link - I'd love to see it and test it out! =)

      That's a big challenge, friend.  My inclination would be to try a variation of the Ezreal combo decks with Corina Veraza moreso as a tempo reset (circa Reno the Relicologist if you play HS) than a primary win condition.  I don't think you want to go the control route, as you're not going to get the same exponential payout from Corina as other control decks (e.g., L2 Karma, The Harrowing, Warmothers, Anivia -> Dawn and Dust, etc).  And I don't think you need to go almost-exclusively-spells; most of the time, dealing 2 damage to everything is going to be almost as beneficial as dealing 5.

  • I've used her reasonably well with Heimerdinger and (separately) Ezreal. Any deck with mostly spells can use her as a decent finisher.

    I've seen at least two streamers make her work well -- Mogwai and ... sorry, I don't remember the other one.

  • Here it is buddy, i am actually surprised it turned out WAY better then expected. Corina wins games by herself.

      If you're trying to make the decklist appear here like Hellcopter did, you need to:

      1. Click the "Deckbuilder" link at the top of the page and create a new deck assigned to your account
      2. Open the URL for that deck: it should be something like https://outof.cards/legends-of-runeterra/decks/654-shadow-ashe.  Copy the number.
      3. In your forum post, paste that number out, then highlight it and THEN press the "Runeterra Deck" button.  That will create the necessary meta tags before and after the number.

      At least, that's the most straightforward way I've found.  If anyone has a better way, please share.  

  • In master rank Corina vereza works wonders they usually use Elise as their champion and 3x nukes like ruination and ledros.

    You were all fools.  Corina is now super popular--she's in like 10-20% of decks right now, as people really love how she can answer bannerman.  Most decks run Elise, Ledros, Corina, and just tons of removal spells.

    Never underestimate how quickly the meta can change everything in this game.
