Damn, until now i've never really seen Thresh as the big baddy, but they portray him as someone who revels in the suffering of others. Not cool man!
When the guy steps out of the barrier:
I'm so tired of Thresh at this point. It's like he's the only relevant character on SI while everyone else just exists.

Or would Silent Isles work better?
What about a Shadow Souls? The video looks exactly like the area below Firelink Shrine.
Souls-like game by Riot games. I mean they just gone into card games and shooters might as well.
I think either will work. They've definitely got enough dead folk to cover the zombies part and although we haven't seen a pyramid-faced horror yet, there is absolutely some funky stuff going on, so I think you're good.
