Drawing 2 cards at start of round?

I've really been stumped lately when noticing at certain points of the game that both players draw 2 at the start of the round instead of 1. It seems to be completely random (although I know it's not) and I can't for the life of me figure out why or find any information about it. It really screws up my plays sometimes!

If you are using Jynx, that is a card that lets you draw a second one. Not sure if there are more.

Does it affect both players, do you know? One thing that bugs me about Runeterra (as much as I love it) is that the plays made are not always clear. I go back through the rounds list and still feel confused sometimes lol. And maybe that comes more with time (I've been playing for a couple of months), as an avid Hearthstone player it was definitely an adjustment lol. But I really appreciate the fresh twist that Riot has been able to put on this style of card game.
There is a new 1/2 that draws a card at the start of the next round from this expansion, maybe it was that? There’s also a spell that draws 3 at the next start of round. Also, there’s a card that makes both players draw a card when played too.
Sorry for not replying. Not to sure as I am pretty new to the game

Jinx, Pool Shark or Pick a Card
Probably pool shark as you would recall jinx being played.
Makes sense, it's definitely possible. I realized that when Jinx levels you draw an extra card at round start, but it doesn't explain why the opponent also drew extra. It's happened several times but maybe it was just a strange coincidence based off of something they played lol.
No worries, appreciate all of the feedback guys!
