Achievements that reward no points are "Feats of Strength" and are tied to limited availability. Them displaying on your profile if they are unearned is an error and will be correct at some point down the line when the page gets an overhaul.
I don't think it's very fair to give them a point count when they are only obtainable in a small window. While I do believe that people on the site who have been here longer should have a better chance of having a higher total count, at some point, there would be too much of a discrepancy between a newer user and older user in how many total points were available.
1 point doesn't change anything but gives the impression it's useful to "achieve" it :)
Try focussing more on the achievement than on the points.
