Apparently in reddit there's some video of trump confirming that the theorycraft stream will still continue and obviously they've been given the full list of new cards to work with. Also apparently this will take place tomorrow.
Usually all the cards would be dumped into the website right after the full reveal livestream is complete so if that stream has been canceled I don't see what repercussions there would be simply dumping it all to the website, even if unceremoniously.
The gag order is to be expected. But that has nothing to do with the full card reveals. As it stands, we're actually likely to get a look at all the new cards from the theorycraft stream, which would be what I would call disastrous.
Edit: Just want to add that this is not saying team5 is incompetent, in light of the scandal. People have the right to be upset about this, but as long as no one is calling for anyone's head to roll that's fine in my opinion.

Easy to say, I've been getting more gold (~3K to 4K more gold per expansion) and that's positive outcome. Although I'll admit that we've had to cross some weeks of outrage to finally get here. But if these trends keep going for the better, then I'll have to say it's far better now than in the past.
And sad to say, that I've been missing 3 daily quests since Thursday, because I've not playing Hearthstone that often anymore. I blame Capcom for making an addictive zombie game. (I love it).
Probably finish all weeklies and go back to it. I guess getting to Lv.200 each expansion is far enough for me.
Whether the live stream is there or not, the cards will soon be revealed and will happen anyway. I think we're just have to be patient for some time. (For me, I chose to focus on my work rather than to expect the unexpected).
I'm just hoping that there's no 'executives agenda' to postpone the release of the expansion. I'm gonna hate that decision very much. There's no justification for them (execs) to affect Hearthstone's hard work in anyway, even for publicity reasons.

There are many things that go on behind the scenes that we have no idea about. There are many repercussions to both going through with and cancelling the stream, all of which is managed by Blizzard's legal department. If you've worked in a company that has had such scandals (I personally have not, but I know someone who has), then you will know that employees will receive strict gag orders not allowing them to reveal any information about the situation, lest the company would fire them and take further legal actions against them. Therefore, it's not that they don't choose to talk, they're simply not allowed to talk until the legal department decides on what they want to do moving forward.
It's also entirely possible that nobody on Team 5 knew what was going to happen to the livestream before we did. The reveal livestream isn't something employees post on their personal social media accounts because they're just that: personal. They're not making official statements as Blizzard employees, which is what the reveal livestream would fall under.
If you want to hate Blizzard for whatever justifiable reason, then I'm not stopping you. All I'm saying is that stop saying that Team 5's silence is "unprofessional". Please don't jump to conclusions and blame people who likely have nothing to do with it whatsoever.

The lack of communication reminds me the situation around reward track introduction. In both cases the silence of developers and marketing team made the situation much worse.

I personally think that there's no corelation between ActiBlizz as a company and Hearthstone as a game. As long as the game not affected in anyway, (Poor performance, Lack of updates, Feature removal, etc), There's no reason to do anything (especially as far as boycotting), because you still can enjoy the game. Unless they rip me off as free player, then there's nothing left for it to be enjoyed, and I will leave the game personally.
Just enjoy the game as a whole. If you don't, then that's your problem.
Besides, we as player don't really have enough standing to affect the company itself. Let them sort their own mess. They have people for it. The devs and the game got nothing to do with it.

I have nothing against the streamers getting to play early. I would usually watch them myself. But it does grate more than a little that Im literally tuning in just to see what are the new cards we're going to get.
I've got a fairly simple idea for this one but hits a very nice flavor-spot:
Just need to get the balance right to make it unique enough from all the other bounce spells rogue has, and without overshadowing Sap or Shadowstep to much. Thoughts on these two iterations?
Aside from the 'Rogue/Trading' joke of "Undercut", this should be reminiscent of having someone undercut your auctions and having to put them back up for a cheaper price.

@anchorm4n - An interesting idea that i quite like. it takes some work to make it an effective option for damage that the opponent can play around by pressuring you to use it as removal. Very hard to judge balance without playtesting but it's possible it should start at 0 damage ie. "Deal 1 damage for each time you've traded this".
@linkblade91 - A tradeable hero is a neat idea. The amount of armor gain might be an issue in some classes (rogue and mage spring to mind since they can draw through their deck fairly easily), otherwise it strikes me as balanced.
@Wailor - Nice, simple, flavourful. not much more to say about that. You're good to go with this one.
@Hordaki - A nice callback that isnt too on the nose in my opinion. My only concern is about what would happen with a certain density of tradeable cards allowing you to play an infinite amount of cards per turn. It's probably fine, but worth considering.
I read on their Discord that apparently the packs for day 3 were depleted in under an hour once the goblin was reset. And that they were asking Blizzard for more codes for following days. The more people learn about it the harder it becomes, we started seeing quite a crowd now.
It's a question of the other two deathrattles in deck being worth it because with Lily it's already superb value. Not sure ticketmaster is good enough but, hey, maybe they are.
If you queued into a game with or against an opponent with a golden card from the base set, both players would disconnect. It was around for two or three days and made it really hard to find a game.
I am at level 338 now and back on track again to reach level 350 in seven days.

My opinion is that we are indeed able to collect more gold (as promised), but my average playtime is still considerably higher compared to the past. The current rate at which new cosmetics are being added scares me a little bit. Also, I hope United in Stormwind will improve the meta significantly or at least make Hearthstone much more interesting (the new Mercenaries game mode might help). Otherwise, I will probably set even lower personal goals for the next rewards track (like reaching only level 300 at the very end).
The Year of The Gryphon has not had great releases so far. With FiTB being near unplayable on release due to a bug, and recent events putting a damper on the mood. I just think this all will make the final set this year extra special if everything goes smoothly.

Look, I completely understand that pointing random fingers is nonsensical because no one here knows who the actual culprit would be.
What I don't understand is why Blizzard choose the radio silence option. Especially for one of their better-running games at this moment.
Call me naive but how could this approach possibly be better than at least saying something.
At least from my professional experience the worst thing one can do is not communicate. Which is exactly what they're doing right now...

That is quite literally the dumbest idea I have ever heard.
Arcane missile becomes a 10-mana Deal 60 Damage, or even a 5-mana Deal 30 Damage.
It would just turn finishing the quest into the win condition.
