Probably just as a big minion for Avenge to hit but the deck is a lot better if you swap them for Righteous Protector in my opinion.
Also Blademaster only works with Conviction so I swapped him for Kazakus and have gained lethal or made a tempo play where Blademaster would do nothing in most scenarios.
I like the idea, but running secrets without playing Sword of the Fallen seems like a very bad idea. That card (together with Northwatch Commander) is the whole reason secrets are playable, because you don't want them actually polluting your draws, especially not in an aggressive board-centric deck like this one. Also, isn't Invigorating Sermon just way too slow?
Shaman is in such desperate need of card draw. You see it so clearly in the actually good decks right now: Rogue, Mage, Paladin and to a lesser degree Warlock. Rogue can draw its entire deck in no-time with Secret Passage, Swindle and Field Contact, Mage has free card draw in the form of Refreshing Spring Water (that often even gives you mana) and Paladin can thin its deck with Sword of the Fallen and draw cards efficiently with Northwatch Commander and Knight of Anointment. Warlock of course has their hero power. These four classes are the best at drawing cards, so they are the best classes. Blizzard says they have realised that every class needs card draw, now they just need to act on it. And Tinyfin's Caravan doesn't count.
Oh well, at least they're the powerful ones. I might buy the tavern pass and one of the bundles they release, hopefully they still include free legendaries in those.
Shaman has had easily the poorest quality card draw among all classes, and has only remained relevant in the meta with oppressive highroll decks; ones that are always the most likely candidates for nerfs.
In my opinion, this is a pretty interesting insight that different skins are considered independent from the base class. I assume then that every time something fundamental from the class changes, they have to go into the code and change it for Thrall, Morgl, King Rastakhan (which I still hold is the best Shaman alt), The Thunder King and Lady Vashj. I wonder if the 1000 win skins and the tavern pass skins operate as variations of the Thrall skin since they share the same entrance animation and frame (the bits on either side of the hero portrait).
Thanks for this, I will make sure not to reroll my last weekly quest to not get the ranked abomination, Im so happy I can reroll out of that :D Might be only one trying to do the opposite haha :p
I'm achievement hunting. More precisely, going for the Sunscale Raptor achievement (in a deck with watch posts and Hog Rancher for those achievements as well). I find an opponent in wild and I quickly understood that he's also achievement hunting and I understood it immediately because he was going for a similar deck (with watch posts and Hog Rancher), except he was going for the Demon Hunter Sigil and Deathrattle achievements.
So I naturally stopped attacking and hoped he'd do the same. He didn't. My raptor already had 4 frenzy stacks. I was one stack away against an opponent doing the same thing as me and he didn't get it.
Exorzist, if you're here, why did you end the game man? I still hope you have fun achievement hunting, but why not help a brother achievement hunter?
There's currently a bug where only regular Thrall is updated to have Strength Totem, whereas all the other Shaman portraits still have Wrath of Air Totem.
Or at least that's what I've been reading everywhere.
I changed my original card a bit so that it let the player pick the treasure when it triggers at the start of the turn so that it doesn't feel bad to get a treasure that works poorly with the player's deck.
I had another more out there idea. When it triggers at the start of your turn, the battlefield is changed to what it was at the start of your opponent's turn. Any minions that died come back and any damage or debuffs that your opponent inflicted on your minions get undone. It might be op for your opponent to lose the minions that they've summoned that turn on top of that, not sure. I've made a second version that only affects your side of the battlefield as a less powerful version.

DestroyerR - So when this triggers, your opponent has to find some way to kill you right away and if they click on the end turn button they automatically lose? Seems like a cool idea, but I wonder if its too swingy, almost like a Mecha'thun that doesn't need to be built around.
Pokeniner - I don't feel like generating the ransom card is necessary. Yeah, its really flavorful, but chances are your opponent is not going to spend mana to get it back and it just ends up being a dead card in their hand most of the time. They would lose too much tempo unless the stolen card was really cheap.
GoddammitDontShootMe - Isn't this just better Ice Block? Your opponent has to deal much more damage just to be able to reach lethal again.

Are former Hall of Fame cards currently obtainable from opening Classic packs?
Hi all,
I have a complete former classic collection and I am only missing 4 legendaries from the former Hall of Fame.
I would like to buy the classic bundle.
Will I receive 2 of the 4 missing legendary cards right away? And, the rest, from opening my approx. 60 packs (by chance, of course)?
An official source link/confirmation would be absolutely great :)
I am asking this because I know there have been all kinds of problems in the last few days.
Thx a lot for reading :)

No minion mage is really strong. I like C'thun, however I only got to play him once, usually the game ends in a different way.

You got a lucky classic pack. If you got one of the 16 cards in that pack that wasn't supposed to be there, you got lots of dust.
