This is a strange effect. I am guessing that this will gain +1/+1 and the target will lose -1/-1, then if the target still has a higher total of attack and health the effect repeats.
It should be a good card since it is a really beefy 2-drop and it also slows down your opponent. I think this will be strongest in tempo priest just as a good 2-drop to get ahead of the board in the early game.

I am intrigued, but skeptical. I don't think this is meant to be competitive unless there is a lot more support. And even as a silly meme card it still seems awful. I think we are going to get more support for a "Fatigue Warlock", but right now this and the pig won't be enough.

I don't like it, but might be ok if a deck emerges that successfully destroys opponents deck faster than yours. Seems like a tough task to accomplish reliably. For the memes?
Very good elemental, seems strong and you can buff it up with Whack-A-Gnoll Hammer for big damage, and you can cheat it out on turn 2 with Kindling Elemental. Seems like a very strong elemental shaman card, and probably will see play in control shaman.
Solid 1-drop, provided there is a good elemental deck available. Right now, not enough elementals that I'm aware of to make that a thing, but I won't complain if more show up!
This is clearly just to support new cards like Arid Stormer, which it will do very nicely. Not nearly as good as Fire Plume Harbinger, but it's neutral, so much more useable.
I have to admit, this might honestly be one of the most tolerable reveal streams of recent memory (which isn't saying much, I didn't watch the last one).
Liv honestly is great at keeping Regis on track and not letting him just ramble endlessly and frustrating chat (which has happened so often in the past)

If it could attack, might be ok. Otherwise a huge tempo-loss for an effect that is only good against spell-reliant decks, and requires a board.
