Seems pretty good if you manage to play a Murloc on turn 1 (and it doesn't die). Murlocs definitely need to hold the control of the board now that Warleader leaves and this seems like a good tool for that.

Since we know that both Soul Shear and School Spirits will be shadow spells, Tamsin Roame seems like a great way for Control Warlocks to duplicate spells they really like to play for free (also with an initial three mana tax).

These comparisons are mostly bad. Subdue is a Paladin card, so it doesn't really have any bearing on whether this card is good for Priest.
Of course it does. Subdue removes 99% of stats. Serena removes 51% of stats. She's plain worse as a removal, class identity and class limitations don't matter here it's a purely mathematical comparison.
Scarlet Subjugator and Penance are decent comparisons for playing Serena early, but they're both rotating.
Doesn't matter that they are rotating, they are better cards, one of which didn't see any play.
The Nameless One is just a bad comparison because they do very different things.
No, they are extremely similar cards that try to accomplish the exact same thing, negate a minion's power whitout actually removing it, while developping your own minion. Like I said, half removal, half tempo, these are just bad cards.
And even if they don't, the lack of Shadow Word: Pain and Penance make room for this even if it's only meh overall because of that weaker early game state. It has the flip side of being better than all of those control-oriented 2-drops in the late game, and that's not nothing.
Maybe, we'll see, I expect Serena to see a total of 0 play. I've been wrong before, many times. I thought Mekgineer Thermaplugg was more powerful than Dr. Boom
Subdue isn't relevant because lots of cards that are bad in one class can be great in another, so it's often not useful to compare effects across classes in this sort of strict way. Take Spectral Sight for example. Lots of classes would be happy to have it, but it's mostly outclassed in Demon Hunter because of how many other good card draw tools they have. Paladin's ability to shrink minions down to 1 is very powerful, but that doesn't mean this shrinking effect isn't good for Priest.
I'm sorry, but The Nameless One is absolutely a bad comparison, even if the spirit of the card is the same (i.e. take something from your opponent's minion). He's consistently a bad tempo play because you always get a 4 mana 4/4 and your opponent's minion keeps their stats (yes, that's not the case for strict stat buffs, but mostly you're stealing keywords and abilities). Serena Bloodfeather is kind of the opposite - she's consistently a lot of tempo, but your opponent's powerful keywords/abilities are still in play on board and have to be dealt with.
And I think you're overestimating Scarlet Subjugator. Being a 2/1 minion is just really bad in a metagame where Rogue and/or Demon Hunter are relevant, and it's hard to imagine neither of those will be relevant moving forward. Penance is comparable for a very early Serena play, but it is often worse in the mid to late game, or against any non-aggro decks where the lifesteal is less relevant.
The watch posts will be interested to see used. I think they will be varied, and only really shine in a few archetypes. I don't see them being top tier, but probably pretty fun.
I think this is some cool removal that could be well utilized as well as be able to avoid the un-targetable issue some minions create. Nifty tool for control.
I think with the secret support we've seen so far, as long as there are enough of them, this could be really nice support for that deck style. We know cheating out secrets can be useful for both deck thinning and creating tempo. If only there were better pally secrets.....
OMG, this is exactly what I said Secret Paladin should have when I was brainstorming with a friend recently. (Well, I also said there should be a minion that draws a card when a Secret is triggered, but that might be too strong.)
Interesting card but it requires another minion or spell to completely remove whatever minion that was weakened. Just weakening a minion isn't good enough as some opponents can just buff them and make them a threat once more (like Paladin). It's pretty bizarre that they printed this card and still kept Natalie Seline in the core set. Even if this isn't direct removal, the fact that it only costs 2 mana already makes it a lot more flexible and easier to work with than the highly prohibitive 8 mana cost of Natalie. I believe that this pretty much kills any possibilities of Natalie seeing any play for the remainder of this year. Not that it matters much as Natalie probably wasn't going to see any play anyway but it's just baffling that they thought it was a good idea to keep a really bad card like that around. They could have kept Mindflayer Kaahrj around instead as it is good as a Tempo card and still scales well into the late game making it perfect for both fast and slow Priest decks. They did add at least one card from the Year of the Dragon to the core set so there is no excuse for this.
New Neutral Minion - Kindling Elemental
Good enough in a elemental deck, but there are (as of now) 4 Elementals in the set, so it's a small flame that will be snuffed by the razormaw.
New Shaman Minion - South Coast Chieftain
Seems pretty good if you manage to play a Murloc on turn 1 (and it doesn't die). Murlocs definitely need to hold the control of the board now that Warleader leaves and this seems like a good tool for that.
New Warlock Minion - Neeru Fireblade
It's Chef Nomi and Lakkari Sacrifice fused in one.
Very powerful effect, and gives you something to do at late game when warlock is out of gas.

Initiate looks nuts. Literally Spidertank with delayed Divine Shield, how is that even fair in Arena?
New Priest Minion - Serena Bloodfeather

New Neutral Minion - Crossroads Watch Post
I think it will only be played in a watchpost themed deck, which I don't see being good. Probably fun, and mediocre at best.
