Easily a 2 mana 4/3 for a Murloc deck.  Seems like a great murloc!

The effect is crazy and fun, so full points for flavor.  I honestly have no idea how it will be best used, but I hope it can.  

A very easy to pull off 4/3 murloc for 2 mana. Blizzard is starting to do right with the murlocs.

Quality depends on quality of poisons.  Feels slow/weak at first glance, but if it enables the right kind of shenanigans, it could be better than I think.

This can come down as early as turn 2 with the new elemental that discounts. It's a solid elemental for countering aggro decks imo.

that s the main reason why i asked xD

cause on one hand i think it s nice as idea to have legendaries growing up... on the other hand it's kinda boring having the same 10 legendaries for the next exp (and the one after that too) 

so yeah... i ve no idea of what that means :D

Good support for any murloc deck, especially in wild

I think it will be a poison achievement where this card is a must be.

But I am very afraid if someone manage to get 4 Nitroboost Poisons thanks to this card.

Limited to buffing cards in hand.  OK, but low tempo play most of the time.  Even at 10 mana, does +3/+3 really help with Warrior minions?

Murloc Shaman is coming back and better than ever my fellow Mrrgls. I probably will just stick with secret mage myself.

Not my cup of tea, but might be better than I think if deck destruction Warlock becomes a thing.  To me this card is not playable until you set up your hand/deck correctly, which makes me think this will be awkward to make work.  

Now, if there is Tickatus + more  deck that destroys the opponents deck really fast and this helps that game plan at the cost of some of your own cards, maybe ok.  Maybe.
