Hmm delayed silence that you can play around might see a bit bad, but it's actually very good. Cheap spells allow DH to take adventage of Gadgetzan Auctioneer and maybe use some kind of miracle archetype? (Or it can help transition OTK DH into a Gadgetzan Auctioneer package?) Never underestimate 0 cost spells, their almost always extremely strong or have the potential to become OP. OH and silence is very good against Libram Paladin, which seems like it's still going to be a strong deck next expansion. Also it can help deal with Secret paladin, because you can silence the 3/3s from that new legendary.
This card makes Ancient Watcher and Humongous Razorleaf playable! Just wait for a Demon Hunter to cast this spell, then jam your no-attack minions and voila! Next turn they can attack!
