I feel like you are getting more of a divine shield minion more than a discount driver. At best you'll likely only manage a single proc before it is dealt with. Still a solid body and minion, but not for the effect

It's a decent tech card that can generate some value. If in next meta will have 1-2 "Secret Deck", this card will find a spot.

finally, I can get a hero power I can use in weapon rogue so I'm not tempted to destroy self sharpening sword with my dagger 

Perked my interest for Even Secret Hunter. 2-mana 6/6 Rush gives great control vs Charge.

So slow, so awkward in Spell Hunter decks. Secret decks looks better.

You'll get a 3/5 body with 1 face damage at worst.

Two Reckless Apprentices should be fine, but that 3-mana 2 extra HP damage elemental really pushes things up.

I get this card is not overpowered as some new cards but it seems a good card to help early game. Like you can get to draw 2 cards, if you are first and the opponent plays a 1 hp minion you can kill it with Druid/DH/Mage and yet play a 2 drop, Paladin would be like an Alleycat split in 2 turns to give extra minions (Shaman some as well). This would be just terrible to draw later in the game.

Or if you reduce one of them by 1 mana you could play them together. Emperor in Wild, maybe getting her off of a Dark Portal that is active.  OR... perhaps the “best” play of all!  Actually using Deck of Chaos* to make her a (1) 3/3!!!

*But really, don’t play that card.  Unless you are playing a meme deck.  It’s a meme!

With the changes to core set Wandmaker has like a 66% chance to give you a secret. That plus whatever secrets you actually run in the deck and maybe Inconspicuous Rider could make it pretty likely to have a secret or 2 on turn 5

These Rank cards are annoying, as everyone's going to have to think about 3 versions of the same card popping up.

Every single competitive Paladin deck will run this card.

Quest fulfillment at least.

This is not a "worse" Survival of the Fittest. It is a smaller version, but smaller isn't the same as worse.

Paladin often finds itself in a position of already having a board and not wanting or needing to play additional minions on a turn. At those times, a spell like this is beyond perfect.

I make meme decks too but the goal is still to win...This card doesn't even look fun, just bad.

At least your opponent risks face damage. Maybe bring this out past 5-mana.

Ah, Control Shaman, and without overload too!

Cariel Roame might be able to make holy paladin work. throw in some Spirit Healers to give your minions additional health, a couple of holy secrets and you can start getting good value 

Pray for 0-mana nature spells.

Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning (Rank 1) and Lightning Storm all have the nature school on the HS website.

Weapon Taunt Warrior meta with 4-mana support.

Holy Priest looks good especially with that 6-mana elemental.
