The more I see of these corrupt cards, I am liking them. This is another great example of how a smaller minion drawn mid-late game can still be quite a valuable asset. Playing something else instead of this that costs more to ramp it up to 3/6 lifestealing minion for 3?!?! That is a bargain at any rate.
It's a funny and flavorful card, but I don't see it being used much in constructed. Generally by the time you are playing 5+ mana cards you are looking for more than just raw stats.
THis has a LOT of potential. Late game, when a 4/3 may not be as beneficial, having turn into a weapon could be really awesome. On the other hand, if you get a really crap weapon, then it's less then thrilling.

Massive card for Control/Y'shaarj Warlock. A late-game payoff card that could finally push Control Warlock into viability. Also a potentially strong finisher for aggressive decks, just play it as a 6 mana 8/8. I look forward to TrumpSC and his chat disagreeing over whether or not milling 5 cards is fine.
As a general note, Hero Powers are always neutral, even when associated with certain classes (see Fireblast, Tank Up! or The Four Horsemen).
That said, some more specific feedback:

I like how both cards convey their class expansion flavor much better than the actual DK we got, but unfortunately their Battlecries offer no tempo, which is a killer for expensive cards, especially Liadrin. If you manage to reduce their costs in a balanced way, both of them would be solid picks.

I think it's quite balanced, and it's also interesting. Control DH is an interesting concept that hasn't been yet explored.

I like the idea of a temporary transformation. The problem with your current iteration is that the condition seems more fitting for Warrior. Warlock would only have that card as an Armor generator.

I'm not a huge fan of how both the Battlecry and the HP have very similar effects (equiping weapons). Also, neither of them strikes me as particularly Hunter-esque. However, simply changing the HP could solve both issues quite nicely.

Overall, I'd say I prefer Anub'arak because the flavor is better, but Cenarius is not bad either. However, both cards have the same issue: one of their tokens don't fit their class.
Cenarius: the Wrath option doesn't fit Druid too much, since they're not supposed to have big AoE. About the watermark, you could use a custom one (like the Book, for instance) or Darkmoon Faire (because of Cenarion Ward exists, I think Cenarius himself would fit the expansion).
Anub'arak: albeit not as bad as Cenarius' Wrath, Web Spin feels a bit weird in Warrior. Also, I think the Battlecry should read "Summon two 4/4 Nerubian Guardians that attack random enemy minions."

They're both quite interesting. I'd say I prefer Aegwynnbecause Sargerasis a bit too one-dimensional.
Plus, you should correct a couple style/grammar mistakes you have:
A bolded "Hero Power" must appear above your Hero Power. You'll probably have to shorten both HP texts so that they fit, since they're both quite wordy.
The Hero Power ribbon should be neutral-blue, not belonging to your class.
It's "Deal 5 damage", not "Deals 5 damage" or "Deals 5 damages".

I'd say it's a bit weak right now. 5 Illidari should be more balanced, IMO.
You're also missing a couple capital letters: Rush (in Illidan's text) and Fuel (in the HP name)

Cool effect, although it doesn't strike me as particullarly Hunter-esque (beyond the minion types).

The HP right now is kinda confusing. My advice is to:
Word the HP as "Hero Power Summon a 1/10 Underbelly Rat."
Make a token called Underbelly Rat which has the same text as the token in the Heist boss fight.
I'm not keen on it being a Neutral Hero card, either. Since it plays with Mana and its flavor is related to Beasts, I'd make it a Druid card.

The Battlecry is absolutely superb, but the HP is too wordy, unfortunately. Either shorten it or go with the swapping HP idea.
It's interesting to me that they increased Shyvana's attack and not her health. The biggest problem I find playing her is that her L1 form is so easy to kill off -- it's risky to block with her due to tricks like Pale Cascade / Sharpsight / Riposte, and since she doesn't have Fury yet on the attack it's usually pretty easy for your opponent to chump block for 2-3 damage and then challenge / Mystic Shot / etc for the rest.
They talk in the video about how this synergizes with Y'shaarj, and I'm just here scratching my head as to how. The corrupt version gets no benefit from Y'shaarj returning it to your hand and will generally be outclassed by higher value corrupt cards. That said, I think it could see play for other reasons they mentioned, primarily that its a good play immediately after an expensive board clear or greedy play. I don't think this makes the cut in dedicated Y'shaarj lists though.
I like the idea, tho you may have to pull this on the earliest turn 10. Yes you can mill his deck empty, Yes he'll die from fatigue, but If it's aggro, Turn 10 is too late. And removing cards doesn't give any fatigue damage from empty deck.
EDIT. the way I see it, even playing it without 2x Battlecry is enough. later you can always drop Y'Shaarj, the Defiler and get the same effect on turn 10. Neat in standard for now.
Standard: Will probably see play in decks with a lot of 4+ cost cards like Marrowslicer, so i think it will see play in Soul DH.
Wild: ODD Costed, but i don't think ODD DH want's this because it's too slow. DH Is a strong class in wild though, so if [Hearthstone Card (Insationable Felhound) Not Found] sees plenty of play in standard, it probably will see decent play in wild as well. After all, a good standard DH deck can also be a good deck in wild.
Maximize those Darkmoon Stonks. Maybe gets run in a slower Deathrattle Hunter list that seems to be getting decent support, but its hard to evaluate since it doesn't really support any existing decks.
In reno warlock this plus brann or this plus zola to burn 10 of your opponent’s cards makes the matchup against control decks like reno mage and odd warrior much better. Plus you can burn the deck of a dead man’s hand warrior and stop them from going infinite. Plus turn 8 against reno priest or any other combo deck to burn 5 of their cards or turn 10 with brann can destroy one of their combo pieces if you are lucky. The downside is it has anti synergy with void caller and archwitch willow. Maybe it’s worth it to try some new disrupt based reno warlock without as many demons?
This is pretty nice for slower Warlock decks and paves the way for Y'shaarj Control Warlock. Even if you don't use Y'shaarj's 0 mana discount, having the 4 mana triple removal for later is excellent.
I don't think this will see play given it's inherent lack of synergy with existing Priest archetypes. Decent in something like a Fortune Tellerdeck that could take shape, but it doesn't seem that great currently.
Secondly, Holding this dead card until you play an 8 mana card is very hard, (hard means, you don't always add a 8+ mana card in your deck) and the upside? only getting a 6/6 taunt on the same turn.
And the last would be, I can't think of any deck would wanna add this. Maybe there are some, but there are many more better cards too.
A solid tool for Control DH, easy enough to corrupt and excellent at slowing down aggressive decks. Still not sure if Control DH has enough to carry it though.

Pretty good lifesteal minion, and lifesteal is pretty good because of Il'gynoth. Insatiable Felhound is basicly a cheaper Ashtongue Battlelord with +1 health after corrupting it.

After emperor+drakkari you can play:
Brann Bronzebeard->> Tickatus ->> Zola the Gorgon->>Tickatus and burn 20 cards(or 15 if brann doesn't stick next turn)
