hmmm...i wonder what dragon aspect priest will get

VERY powerful if you manage to steal the right weapon! Imagine this during the Kobold meta... I guess that most times you will only get a 1/1, 2/1, 3/1 weapon, hopefully with some nice effect. I'm glad this card was printed, but I don't think I will use it much. (I also opened Harrison Jones yesterday from my Tavern Brawl pack, yay!)

This Weapon can even draw more than 3 Pirates, since warrior has very solid ways to buff Weapons with Upgrade! and that 3/4 Pirate. Maybe this will turn Pirate Warrior into one of the top tier decks in Wild.

I mean it's a counter to twig of the world tree in wild but I dont foresee people teching this against waggle pick kr anything in standard.

A silent nerf to kingsbane rogue in wild, since it almost forces them to include this into their deck just in case an accident like this card happens.

Its a better ooze, but at 5 mana, and competes directly with Harrison Jones. The question is whether you take the weapon or destroy it and draw cards, and most of the time the answer would be to draw cards.

To list down a few weapons that this card will most likely steal: Wrenchcalibur, Livewire Lance, Waggle Pick, Truesilver Champion, Hooked Scimitar, and if deathrattle rogue becomes a thing Necrium Blade. Its still a decent card, but if you need to deprive your opponent a weapon, Acidic Swamp Ooze is still the best card and hasn't gone anywhere.

This may see play in Dragon Reno (Dreno? DR. Eno?), as an anty-aggro tool. It competes with spirit lash, that does less damage, but has the heal and costs one mana less. Maybe there´s room for both, if the meta is aggro enough.

It MAY survive play on curve, but I am not sure. As for late game combos, there are better things to build your deck around, such as big spell mage with the dragon lady that summons 5/5s. It remains to be seen if there will be more support for small mage this expansion.

A delayed 1 mana 6/6 that you can control when it summons.

It seems powerful, can be a very nice tempo tool for an aggro spell burn deck in a similar way to Rat Trap. I feel like you can really look at this card in a similar way as Corridor Creeper in that you are cheating out an incredibly cheap minion with good stats, and 8 mana of spells seems relatively easy to achieve.

Could also see this being played in some Highlander decks to get some early board presence while they play a bunch of cheaper spells.

People always sleep on how powerful +2 spell damage truly is, the card doesn't even need to go into a dragon specific deck to get value either.

I feel this is a very powerful card, great value and synergies and will work nicely in highlander, control and any variation of dragon decks.

Some very interessting Weapon-Hate.

Kingsbane has been dead for a long time now and this Card makes sure that it stays that way.

So its similar to the Priest card Dragon Soul, could be more useful in mage however due to cards like Ray of Frost and Elemental Evocation.

This could potentially be a very powerful card, Mage has so much access to cheap and efficient spells.

I mean, this card is cool and all, but it is late by about 7 expansions. Remember KnC Kingsbane Rogue? Cubelock? Aluneth Burn Mage? Cos I do.

Fair point, but I guess they couldn't make it more obvious.

Very good card in all formats.

So much versatility with the spells that can be discovered, something for every situation. Due to there being only 9 possible options, there is also a pretty high level of reliability to this card. Will be a staple in any mid-late game Mage deck in standard.

So how does this interact with card draw that makes the cards free? Are they still free after they’re transformed?

What the hell is this??? What pirates does Warrior have? Zero! So now Warrior's gonna get a bunch of pirates instead of dragons to make Dragon Warrior good? And then Pirate Warrior will still suck this expansion. Annoying AF.

Interesting card.  Great if the meta has lots of decks that run weapons. We'll have to wait and see. For wild it's very good and for arena is excellent. A good addition to  Pirate Warrior also.

Niche tech for Kingsbane metas or similar.

It is a bad card whenever your opponent doesn't have any weapons.

Overall, i don't see people teching for Ooze nowadays, so nobody will include this either.

For the name maybe.. but the real stickyfinger had the power to put the zip not stolen stuff.. ;D

This is like Harrison Jones but better and you can put two of them in the deck. However I think it will only be played in weapon heavy meta just like Harrison Jones
