Dragonrider seems like it could have potential. It's fine to throw down on curve. If a Twilight Drake gets +3/+3 it's pretty solid to throw down next turn. If you can make copies of it in any way (Quest Paladin for example) it could be even better.
I also think this has some potential with Da Undatakah, as it will inherit the Deathrattle AND pass it on when it dies. Give a Dragon +9/+9 and the Deathrattle? Sure!
The other two seem a bit meh. While end of turn means Shu'ma can repeat its ability, just a 1/7 is terrible. Atleast make it like a 3/7 or 4/7.
Envoy seems a worse Glimmerroot. I suppose you could try and use it together with Madame Lazul and try to figure out your opponent's hand but that would be about it.
This card is not awful, but with warriors access to armor gain and removal I just don't see this conditional card being played. Devastate just seems better, and that only saw fringe play also.
Clearly a control tool, but whilst Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is in standard, I don't see a control deck which decides to run dragons over mechs.
Seems quite powerful, doesn't need to be played on curve and can be kept to eat up a bunch of buffs and then played later on as a very large and cheap threat. Could help a Big Paladin archetype out, where the opponents ramp does not have as much impact as your own.
Definitely a fun card, will certainly see some play because of it.
I feel Shu'ma is deceptively quite powerful. However for standard, at its price cost I don't think it will see play unless we see some pretty large support for token based decks. Cool card though!
New Hunter Minion - Primordial Explorer
Solid card, but dependant on Dragon Hunter being a meta deck.
Not good enough as deck filler.
Three New Cards Revealed - Shu'ma, Dragonrider Talritha, Envoy of Lazul
Dragonrider seems like it could have potential. It's fine to throw down on curve. If a Twilight Drake gets +3/+3 it's pretty solid to throw down next turn. If you can make copies of it in any way (Quest Paladin for example) it could be even better.

New Mage Minion - Malygos, Aspect of Magic
a lot of flexibility, it´s a mage seminerfed zephyrs, it will see a lot of play
New Hunter Minion - Dwarven Sharpshooter
very very strong card
it allows you control the board, good stats
New Hunter Spell - Corrosive Breath
good removal, 2 mana 3 damage always useful, plus dragon effect...
New Paladin Spell - Sand Breath
I really like it, looks pretty good.
New Hunter Minion - Primordial Explorer
seems normal to me, maybe in arena it will be more powerful
New Neutral Minion - Shu'ma
Awful card.
New Warlock Minion - Veiled Worshipper
Ok stats and OP battlecry. Insane card
New Hunter Minion - Phase Stalker
decent stats, beast tag and useful effect, not bad
New Warlock Minion - Dragonblight Cultist
3 mana for 3x 2/1's pretty ok and sometimes even better
New Hunter Spell - Toxic Reinforcements
slow card, but the art is very cool
New Hunter Minion - Dragonbane
i don´t think this one see a lot of play, very circunstancial card
New Neutral Minion - Shu'ma
So much worse than Violet Wurm .. just the lack of tribe tag is enough to make me disinterested..
New Druid Minion - Emerald Explorer
auto included in every druid deck, dragon or not dragon ones
Molten Breath
This card is not awful, but with warriors access to armor gain and removal I just don't see this conditional card being played. Devastate just seems better, and that only saw fringe play also.
Clearly a control tool, but whilst Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is in standard, I don't see a control deck which decides to run dragons over mechs.
New Druid Spell - Breath of Dreams
meta definig of course, it will be nerfed soon
New Druid Minion - Ysera, Unleashed
i think dragon druid will become a thing, and this card would be pretty strong
Sand Breath
Divine shield buff in a mid range drgaon deck could be really sweet.
Candle Breath
3 mana draw 3 cards is realy strong, we will see that card for sure.
Nozdormu the Timeless
Seems quite powerful, doesn't need to be played on curve and can be kept to eat up a bunch of buffs and then played later on as a very large and cheap threat. Could help a Big Paladin archetype out, where the opponents ramp does not have as much impact as your own.
Definitely a fun card, will certainly see some play because of it.
Dragon's Hoard
really good card, being a Discover effect is sightly better than "add a random legendary card".
Molten Breath
Its time to replay my old dragon warrior. :D
Dragonrider Talritha
Blizzards gives a lot of nondragon cards with dragon sinergy for Paladin. Cathedral Gargoyle, Nightbane Templar, Dragon Speaker...
We will need more support to see that card, but being a dragon expansion, we will get it for sure. :D
Shu'ma
I feel Shu'ma is deceptively quite powerful. However for standard, at its price cost I don't think it will see play unless we see some pretty large support for token based decks. Cool card though!
