Just played piercing shot on a Moarg artificer and it didn't take double damage (it had one health and took -5) plus the excess damage to the hero was 5, not 11
Is this how it's supposed to work? Like for balance reasons? |

When I was playing priest, those cards that reduced cost by insight and palm reading also went to 1 cost.
