Well I think the more groans a pun gets, the better it is.

    I agree with this scale.

Can someone explain the purpose of "Play Your Way" to a casual? The blog calls it a "feature", but I don't recall running across or hearing about it before.

"Feature" isn't being used here as a "game feature." I'm not a designer or game developer, but a community manager, and part of my role is to highlight or create blogs or videos or art (or in this case, builds), largely including stuff made by fans.

So, this is a "feature on content," rather than a "content feature," if that makes sense. :) The "content" is what the community creates, and the feature is highlighting it.

u/Nevalistis, will we see Poland version of "play your way" also ?

I am working with our regional teams to make this process easier to localize, as we have in the past. :)

How good will the puns be?

I find the answer to this varies incredibly based on one's appreciation of punnery. Probably somewhere between excellent and groan-tacular.

Nice, hopefully the focus is on some totally off meta build than some standard build with like 1-2 item swaps.
Also i get the hunch that 90% of the builds submitted will be some sort of LoN build, which will not be as accessible to casual players due to the need for ancients.

Largely, it will still be dependent on what folks submit. Always has been. :) Hopefully this encourages folks to send in the more unusual builds.

maybe they have no time for that because of work ?

Simply put, they take too much time out of too many peoples' days (with the format they were running in). Syncing up with players globally was also incredibly difficult to schedule, and if you look through the history of the streams, more often than not, the winner of the polls wouldn't be able to attend. :(

Odds are, if we ended up doing any live sessions, they'd just be me explaining a build while making silly jokes and puns . I don't know that anyone wants that, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. :P
