I've found 6 so far, at paragon 380-ish. I don't remember finding them this fast last season...

I wish I had such a button! Kadala is holding out on me on belts as well.

I'm afraid random is indeed random. This season I've yet to find any at around P200. Last season, I had two before 150.

Officially speaking, there have been no changes to the drop rate of Ramaladni's Gift.
