Better question is if Blizz is ready for Patch 2.4?

Got any information on whether any further changes compared to the PTR version are planned to ship with 2.4 next week or if we're getting pretty much the current PTR version?

There are always a few final tweaks that happen between the last iteration of the PTR and live. In the interest of any of my posts not turning into posting segregated patch notes, I'm afraid you'll need to wait until the patch notes go live. :)
