Cursed Forum Event not spawning?

My friends and I checked all around the map, checked inside every house just to make sure, and we can't seem to find the event. Apparently its suppose to be a cursed chest event however despite searching for over 10 minutes ( way over the 1 minute "hint" timer" ) no hints are appearing and I am convinced that the quest is bugged. Anybody else have the same issue?

I can confirm this is a current bug and we're investigating it. While I don't have an ETA on a resolution, I appreciate the reports and screenshot.
