Oh man! Hammerdin set?? I have been playing a Hammerdin theme this season and yeah, Blessed Hammer is way under-performing to the point that I basically use Phalanx as the main dps and Hammers for the fun flavor. Very cool news :D

This, I believe, was more of Don's core message. Often times, making a change is not as easy as it sounds. There are reverberations across other classes, items, skills, you name it that don't come to mind when looking at an initial change. Removing Trials is a great example because it creates so many more questions - how does it affect pacing in adventure mode? What's the UI need to look like? What do we do with keys? Etc.
"A simple change" is rarely, if ever, actually that simple.
