Cow Pet?

I received the "Wirts Leg" recipe from the event but it is only a blue item. When I salvage I do not get the star map but just regular blue mats.

Did this pet not return for the event?

It could turn to be one of three:

1) It is a bug. Blizzard needs to fix it.

2) It is feature and you must do another thing to get the cow pet.

3) It is not a bug and cow pet was one event gift, no longer possible to get anymore.

This is, indeed, a bug. We've got an investigation underway. The pet is most certainly intended to return for the event and we'll provide updates in this thread as soon as they are available.
