Is there an ETA on when this hotfix will go live? Season is about to end soon (
Rathma Bone Ringer is a top tier push build and it would be a shame to not be able to use it.

We're evaluating things today. I don't know if I'll have an answer today, but we are kicking off full investigation into potential fixes.

Any updates for us?

Not yet; I'm hopeful for a fix before the end of the week, but please stay tuned. We know this is a great concern for many Necromancer leaderboard chasers, so we want to make sure we do it right as well as give players ample time to make use of the fix.
