I can’t get into my account seriously need some help.

Okay so I haven’t logged onto battle.net in probably a year and do not remember my password. Every time I go to reset it it asks me a personal question asking “what was the first game you beat” I answer and it says it’s wrong. I can contact support because they keep asking me that same question. Nothing is working and it so frustrating I need some help. If you need more details just ask.
