Are we getting a Hotfix for the Public Group Bug?

Since im having no IRL Friends that play this Game, or a Clan, this Bug is really annoying to say the least, makes it impossible to get into a Game with 4 People, to do Bounties etc. Is Blizzard aware of this Bug?

Hey guys, quick update:

This is something we're investigating, and we're sorry that it's taking so long. There were actually a string of very recent hotfixes/behind the scenes maintenance fixes that we had to eliminate as potential causes for this issue. This has lengthened our usual response time.

We do highly encourage use of clans, communities, and your trusty friends list to help fill in games in the meantime. The start of a season is a really great time to meet new folks, make new friends, or even reconnect with old ones.

By no means is this an excuse or a permanent solution; we are working hard for a resolution to this issue and we'll keep you posted as soon as we have another update.

Thank you so much, this is a relief to hear. Can we expect the fix to be done in the scheduled maintenance or before (preferably before)

I honestly don't have details to provide just yet. Rest assured I'll provide whatever updates I can when I'm able.

We've also opened a General Discussion thread here to keep updates rolling as they become available.

Will this maintenance at least take care of the Guardian season journey bug where previously finished Conquests aren't counting towards it?

There are a lot of people that can't complete season journey because of this bug.

No, this maintenance is not targeted at that; however, that is an additional issue that we are aware of, have an active investigation open on, and are hopeful for a quick resolution.
