That's surprising, figuring they stated they would always give us two weeks notice. But I definitely appreciate it and hope Blizzard doesn't decide to remedy this to keep with their previous statement.
The two-weeks notice applies to end of Season date, not start dates. Those have to be much more malleable for publication and release client approval reasons.
It didn't. It went from 75-100%, then got nerfed hard to 30-35%. People reacted to this extreme PTR nerf and we got a response that it would probably get a nudge back slightly, but it still stayed at 30-35%. I'm guessing the nudge you meant was for the 30-35% that we already knew about, which sadly is not competitive.
Yeah, looks like that was missed in the patch note review. Every once in a while, no matter how many folks look over something, it's easy to skim a small detail among many.
Thanks for bringing it up; I was seeing a lot of talk around it and it moved me to double check and get it corrected.

It did. Just a small one - the delta of final patch notes are always between live patches, the highlights of PTR changes is mostly for convenience.
I have to do it that way to make sure things get localized in all 13 languages on time. :)
