Following the heal-up on December 8th (deployed with the hotfix Patch 34.2.1), the issues that originated with the Patch 34.0.2 were resolved, and claimed/purchased decks successfully delivered.
We’re currently working on a last deployment that will ensure decks purchased after 34.2.1 are also delivered.
We’re aiming to have this done by the end of this week.
We are aware the experience has been less than smooth for a few players, and we are thankful for your patience; we have already implemented a significant amount of improvements, and we’ll be rolling them out in the next big patch.
