Note for those still guessing, things that we know: the card was released about two years ago (think Naxx/GvG, possibly Classic) and is a fun card that Ben doesn't want people to stop playing once they know how bad it is.
Yes, it's not on this list. I am going to stop answering though because eventually people will just list every card and stumble upon it by accident, and I really believe people love playing the card and would be sad to realize how bad it is. It's possible it has been dethroned since I last checked.
Although it wasn't quite a couple years ago, my money is on Majordomo Executus.
Brode should definitely just say whatever the card is - anyone who is enthusiastic enough to read about the official worst card would only take it as a challenge, especially if it's a really fun card like he says.
It's not Majordomo. There was a thread on this a while back where people tried to guess, and while there were hundreds of guesses, literally nobody guessed correctly.
le randomness means the game takes more skill meme XD
THEY CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS
Chess is a good example of a game that can increase problem solving skill by adding randomness. See Fischer Random Chess: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess960
It's pretty clear that randomness and skill are not on a slider, either, since you can have low randomness/skill, high randomness/skill, and other combinations.
I think specific implementations of randomness are pretty clearly healthy (what card you draw to start your turn), and some are more controversial. I'm not sure cards like Ram Wrangler are as good a use of randomness as Webspinner, for example.
