There used to be a Good Game emote, and TIL hearthhead actually has ALL the heroes!
I only ever heard the Paladin one, but the other ones are a bit...well...see it for yourself!
EDIT 3: For the lazier still, /u/Hearthmasta was kind enough to link it all directly:

EDIT 2:
The 'GG' emotes were taken out by Blizzard early in their testing because they found people would keep spamming them and 'BM' the opponent using that. They wanted to keep it a friendly environment.Ben Brode chimed in this thread (thanks Ben!):
BBrode: These were never in the game! We recorded them in case we found a way to put them in, but "Well Played" did the job well enough and we just decided to not implement them. They're pretty cool though :)
b4b: you had no problems with Jaina's "oops"?
BBrode: I don't think we realized how sarcastic all the emotes would end up feeling. We wanted to keep them all "nice" (except Threaten), and it turned out Threaten is basically the only non-sarcastic one and so it feels the nicest. Lessons learned!
Yeah...it doesn't help that many of the emotes are specifically chosen to sound demeaning to the opponent (see Well Played and Sorry emotes for loads of these heroes), and for line recordings you record the same line hundreds of times. So these variations were considered the 'best' for the game. Note the intonation changes in Well Played and Good Game compared to the other emotes for the heroes. Yeah.
Gul'dan takes the cake btw as the most sarcastic and demeaning variation of the lot - check out his 'Good Game' and his 'Sorry'.
EDIT 1: Forgot about Jaraxxus! http://www.hearthhead.com/card=492/lord-jaraxxus#emote
