Bad AI, Easy difficulty and no rewards will be the downfall of Dungeon Run.
I watched Toast's video on the dungeon run and it looked Pathetically easy, with the treasures being OP and the AI being easy while also making terrible plays I don't see the "fun" lasting as long as Blizzard thinks for most players especially considering there's no rewards outside the card back for beating the mode with all 9 classes.
This is the sort of mode that would benefit a lot from a proper achievement system that could reward you with titles and other cosmetic things like mana crystal themes, hero trays and hero costumes (like the hallows end ones). With 48 bosses total you could have 2-3 achievements for each that have you play against each boss a different way.

The BlizzCon demo is only 3 encounters (a full Dungeon Run is 8 encounters). Also, the BlizzCon demo is a little more generous with treasures than the full game - you normally get a treasure after every OTHER fight, but the demo gives you one after every encounter, so people got to see more treasures. I hope you enjoyed the stream (or the demo if you got to play it!) The full Dungeon Run is pretty challenging - building a deck flexible enough to withstand whatever is around the next corner is really the heart of the mode.
