    Why wouldn't it retain Divine Shield when it is played once more after being broken in a previous attack, if the text specifically says that it retains any buffs applied to it? I mean, it'd make sense to keep it up.

    Once Divine Shield is broken, the minion no longer has Divine Shield. Cards like Rallying Blade don't buff minions that no longer have their Divine Shield, even it's part of the base card.

    I don't think the enchantment currently disappears from the banner when the shield breaks, right? Will that change? If not, I foresee a lot of players being confused by this behavior, especially since it's a Paladin card.

    Cards like Coghammer, Potion of Heroism, or Hand of Protection that give minions Divine Shield don't have enchantment banners or tooltips saying they have Divine Shield, so that shouldn't be a problem. :)

    i know you probably ain't the one responsible by this but i have to ask: Why are weapons different than other cards? Class minions and spells have colored borders whil weapons are always grey and have just a tiny border.

    Yeah, I'm not an artist, so I can't speak to why things are that way, but there is a colored border around the text box. It's really subtle for a lot of classes, but it is there.

    If standard blizzard timelines hold. We'll likely get 1 or 2 developer insights videos with some card reveals alongside a reveal schedule. I would bet on a video on overkill and a video on the single player content with a few reveals. I'm also betting /u/mdonais is in one of them.

    Monday the 19th should be the start of reveal season with a card stream, with the final stream and Facebook dump occurring roughly on the 30th.

    (Also Mike, if you read this, question regarding immortal prelate. If I were to give it divine shield, taunt, or windfury, then shuffle it back into my deck, would my corpsetaker gain the keywords off of it?)

    I'm not Mike, but Corpsetaker will take advantage of any keywords given to Prelate. In the case of Divine Shield, however - she'd have to die with the Divine Shield unbroken for it to work (via Shadow Word: Pain and not damage).

    if you attack into a minion with suppercolider and there is a noggenfogger on board and the minion targets a friendly Overkill minion, will the Overkill trigger?

    if your opponent has a low health swamp king dredd and you play an overkill minion, will it trigger?

    Yes. These should trigger. As long as it's your turn and your Overkill minion deals the fatal blow with excess damage. :D

    What about something like supercollider? Could that trigger Overkill on your opponents turn?

    If you attack into an Overkill minion with Supercollider, it isn't their turn, so the Overkill will not trigger.

    I'm so excited to see someone Unstable Evolution into Wicked Skeleton, then Furbolg Mossbinder, then Big-Time Racketeer, then Lynessa, then Hir'eek. That would make my day. I'll even settle for just the last two. :D

    I am a little confused about this overkill mechanic. Do you have to do the attacking in order to get the effect, or is it enough to just do damage? For example if you had a 3/4 with overkill and your opponent attacked it with a 1/2 minion would you benefit from your opponents attack?

    It has to be your turn. Otherwise, trading into an Overkill minion would feel pretty awful.

    So in most cases, yes - Overkill will be triggered when attacking.
