The general idea is that you open commons much more frequently than other rarities. Ideally, if you are opening packs for the first time you can understand most of the cards without having a ton of Hearthstone experience.
Ideally cards that are low complexity still have depth. I actually think the easiest decks are the ones that mostly ask you to play your highest cost card each turn. Aggressive decks usually have a ton of low cost cards, which leads to a lot more early game decision making than other decks.
