On the eve of Rise of Shadows, I finally met my goal of clearing all 27 shrines before the new expansion. A few reflections now that I'm finally done.

First Clear (Day 1): Pirates Mark (Double Spells Rogue Shrine)

Final Clear (Today): Gonk's Mark (Druid +1/+1)

Most failed attempts: Akali's War Drum (Dragon Warrior)

Cleared on First Try: Pirates Mark, Shirvallah's Grace (Pally Buffs), Halazzi's Grace (Hunter Keywords)

Most fun shrine: Blood Pact (Warlock Health for Spells)

Most Frustrating Shrine: Bwonsamdi's Sanctum (Priest Deathrattles)

Most Impactful Teammate: Unbound Punisher (Warrior kill all the things BFF)

Least Impactful Teammate: Weaponized Zombie (Priest +1/+1 deathrattle)

Most Frustrating Opponent: Gonk's Armament (Refresh Mana with Armor)

Overall, I think Rumble Run got a bad rap. I'd say it's probably more replayable than even Dungeon Run, but I'm sure everyone's opinion on that will vary. At the end of the day, while I did find it occasionally frustrating, I never found it boring. I always looked forward to sitting down to tackle a new run, even if I had failed at it a bunch of times already.

I'd say the biggest lesson I learned while failing was that sometimes, especially later in the run, I should have been considering my deck balance instead of just blindly picking shrine synergy buckets. Once I figured that out I fared much better.

Anyways, I can't wait to see what Rise of Shadows will bring to the single player experience. I might have quit Hearthstone a while ago if Dungeon Run hadn't come along and given us a fresh way to play with the cards.

Really glad you enjoyed it! Rumble Run definitely took a beating here on Reddit prior to the balance patch, but we think it did a good job of capturing the feel of big champions clashing in overpowered combat. Congratulations on mastering the Gurubashi Arena!
