      @J_Alexander_HS To mitigate the snag of actual wr, we're talking of big numbers of matches here, which implies contained variance. Still variance might be indeed too high if dumpster is included and occupies a large part of the sample.

        @RavenSunHS It's not about variance; it's about a non-level playing field. Some decks are simply facing easier opponents than others in a systematic way

          @J_Alexander_HS @RavenSunHS There is a difference in definition, but the results of either metric are virtually identical in nearly all cases. At least as it applies to hearthstone win rates.

              @J_Alexander_HS @RavenSunHS It depends on your intention. Snapshot of what happened and an analysis of what you should play if your goal is to win the most games within X rank range are different things though, yes.
