      @IksarHS good morning dean! i am here on an 18 month old tweet to interrupt your odd taxi musings and ask if there's a more current breakdown under new system - maybe makes more sense to have it by multiplier now? no idea, but figured I'd ask :)

        @RidiculousHat I remember I did this on some lazy saturday where I repurposed some old HS graphic and photoshopped in new breakpoints. As an F-tier photoshop user I probably won't do that again but I can probably find the stats.

          @IksarHS yeah i think the graphics would be tough to break down with multipliers/floors/etc but if you have the stats that would be really cool to see. my theory is that the new system has dramatically reduced ladder anxiety and i'd love to see if that's reflected in player performance

              @IksarHS same, i think it's a significant improvement. only issue i have now is a player not knowing if they'll keep a higher bonus thanks to mmr if they miss a ranked floor. otherwise big fan and it really reduces player anxiety in my anecdotal experience

                @RidiculousHat Peter and I designed it together (along with the new matchmaking rules). Players hate all ranked systems so if people aren't complaining about it every day it's probably good...

          @IksarHS @RidiculousHat I heard stats and was immediately interested. While this maybe not be fitting in perfectly who would be the person to address to get the newest stats(rank breakdown) for BGs?

            @MinderRootsLP @IksarHS @RidiculousHat Please, I would love for people to have a visual reference for how good they are at BGs! Often times the upper echelon MMR streamers make lower level players feel like their rating isn't good, without realizing that it is a fractional percentage at the top

          @Slysssa @RidiculousHat Bg breakdown doesn't change much, we normalize mmr each update which means there isn't much inflation season to season. When a season resets everyone is at 0 but it doesn't take active players long to progress to the point they reach their true MMR.

              @IksarHS @Slysssa @RidiculousHat Wait so resetting peoples internal mmr (which happened for the 1st time last reset) didn't effect this? So the only place still seeing depression are people in the top .1%?

                @quinnabrvau @Slysssa @RidiculousHat Doing a reset of internal MMR for people above 8k or whatever helps break up those point into the 'current' top performers but it doesn't do much for the eventual distribution of MMR among all players.
