Long story short cosmetics feel like they're cutting corners more consistently it makes me upset cause I've spent a lot of $$ on HS and these cosmetics are as expensive as ever. But no one else cares about the cut corners but me so it's never gonna change *sad sigh* https://t.co/ybrt7YdPc8

@Hylung I feel ya! Wish all skins had everything unique: tray, hero power, all voice lines, entry animation etc. but alas. Post it was your grandfather’s stained glass and see if you can get some traction. 😅 That’s one of the most liked tweets in #hearthstone history. 👏🏼😎 https://t.co/kclfv7BCwF

@ben_heathstone @Hylung This is something we're working on. We want you to know what you're getting when looking at cosmetics from a variety of sources (reward track, achievements, purchases, etc.)

@ben_heathstone @Hylung The goal isn't to make every skin have all the bells and whistles; that would reduce the amount of cosmetics we can make. I think it's fine if some skins are more special than others. But we want it to be clear what you're getting. One idea is giving skins a rarity gem.

@Celestalon @ben_heathstone And I've accepted that as much as I think those skins without all the bells and whistles look cheap/are wasted potential. But for the skins that are supposed to, when they re-use VO from other skins it just feels kinda bad.

@Hylung @ben_heathstone Can you give an example? I believe purchased skins are all of the highest tier, for a while now.

@Celestalon @ben_heathstone The new Magni skin and the mecha Illidan/Malfurion reuse their default concede lines from their base skins (albeit the mecha ones have a voice filter but it feels like old Headless Horseman Uther) at the least.

@Celestalon @ben_heathstone I know that it probably seems like a really minor thing to be bothered with, but when you've spent what I have and really only like using the skins with all the bells and whistles, noticing things that take away the uniqueness of that full skin feels bad

@Hylung @ben_heathstone The goal is definitely to make it feel like a good experience. The hope had been that the mecha-voices actually felt like a bigger deal than a normal skin, since they apply to every single line, but I can pass along the feedback if they're not meeting that.

@Celestalon @ben_heathstone @Hylung We use some language in the product descriptions to try to help with this ("new base emotes" versus "all new voicelines"). But I recognize that's a bit abstract to internalize and also that not everyone reads the descriptions before they buy anyway.
