Dinner last night (see prev tweet): -I simmered chicken thighs in Chocolate Pumpkin Porter until super tender (but not falling off bone completely) - then smothered in honey BBQ sauce & baked at 375 /25 min - then broiled to crispy IN BETWEEN ZOOM CALLS YOU PETULANT CHILD! 🤣

              @alkali_layke I mean the chicken lol. I've never thought of simmering it in beer.

                @EkalbtheElf Oh! It's so good! I like to boil it first (same with ribs) so that they're very tender. Then finish on a BBQ or oven. Chicken is tough to get cooked evenly and one meat I don't want to chance being too rare. This solves that and tastes excellent.
