*Person takes a risk on a really out there lineup with the specific intention of targeting a few decks and is rewarded for that risk and preparation by playing those cards that counter those decks against those decks.* Chat: "Wow, this guy is so lucky."

I feel for Luna, it's frustrating to go into a bad matchup, fight for your outs, and then getting rolled by tech card, but Luna knew she was super unfavored going into this and that was the whole point of this lineup!

@hsdecktech To me this comes down to if the game was more balanced you wouldn't have to take these risk.. take for example poison Rogue. Why does that archetype have that much damage? Why can they build up a super-high powerful weapon, and do 30 + damage from hand as well? One or the other

@hsdecktech Using my example it should do only one of them never both. And there are tons of other decks cat over excel in multiple areas. Which is why you have to run so much Tech to have a shot

@JNytemarePierce Strong disagree. After the nerfs, Weapon Rogue isn't a balance issue (meaning: power outlier) at all. The fact that it plays on 2 axis is probably better than it playing on just one. And the fact that there are varied matchup winrates is a feature, not a bug.

@JNytemarePierce Too much matchup polarity is a different problem than balance, and it's hard to say when you get to that tipping point, but the fact that you can ban and target certain decks is the best part of competitive play compared to regular ladder play, IMO.
