      friendly fire in coop: IMO, interesting in games where very careful, thoughtful, readable positioning on your allies is a critical part of the game loop. valorant, tarkov, etc. in games where it's horde-mode guns-blazin' vfx-all-over-the-fucking-place chaos, far less good

        @kchironis I think it largely depends on the game. If i'm expected to play with strangers, I think you're spot on. But playing tiny tina's last night, I definitely wasn't trying to shoot barrels my teammates were nearby just to troll them. How dare you rob me of that joy
