      @MorelloNMST My hope is that when offices go back to being safe to return to, companies just start embracing maximum flexibility. 5 day work week, all in-office? Great 4 day work week, all remote? Great Work it out with your direct team, find something that is comfortable.

        @MorelloNMST As a kid-having, two-income household, I think it would actually be quite difficult to adjust to a 4-day work week. Daycare/Nanny doesn't always support 10-hour days in the same way my office might. Having a 3-day weekend with the young lad would be great, tho!
