Facebook is not dead. You're just not using it right if you're a content creator. A good friend of mine makes over 100k a year off the vids they post on the platform. Re-think how you're repurposing your video content 😉

@alkali_layke To be a content creator, I gotta post content on Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and potentially get a @RaidLegends advertisement to make money. Yes, it's as exhausting as it sounds. I dunno how people juggle more than 3 social media apps without help.

@ClarkHELLSCREAM @RaidLegends Not true. You will exhaust yourself trying! I've said this many times and I'll say it again. Invest your time in ONE of each: Streaming, Social, Video Content If you can do more....cool. But investing your time wisely into building a strong presence in each is more important.

@ClarkHELLSCREAM @RaidLegends For most HS creators this looks like: Twitch, Twitter, YouTube but it is different for all. I'm only saying to do others IF your content can be repurposed. DO NOT BURN OUT TRYING

@alkali_layke @ClarkHELLSCREAM @RaidLegends Not burning out trying feels paradoxical sometimes. Content creation in gaming is hyper competitive and fighting to make a living requires most to work more hours than a full time job and even then you’re not guaranteed success. It’s hard push for goals while staying realistic.

@lunalovepls @ClarkHELLSCREAM @RaidLegends I know the feeling...I've done it. That's why I try to give out tips when I can because I understand what content creators go through. The FB post is more about repurposing content you already have. Might as well utilize your content to it's fullest potential when possible

@alkali_layke I must be honest, I check Facebook maybe three times a week largely for work related stuff, but there are advertised mr beast shorts and I had never seen any of his content previously but they always catch me. That stuff is funny and entertaining, I legit watched a 10 min video

@JaredPullet Big same. I open FB to check on family once per day and end up watching several 5 min animal rehabilitation videos. Also...fail vids. I get stuck. They know that too :)

@alkali_layke 100k making gaming videos on facebook?? I would certainly be surprised by this news!

@Tesdey No, I don't think that would be as successful. Same reason why 100% game vids aren't as successful on TikTok (some are though). Great personalities shine. YOU are an example of a personality I think could shine. I think "gamer lifestyle" content would do amazing.

@Tesdey Example: I would LOVE to see you throw on a fake mustache and a silly shirt and pick up a briefcase to go to work and the audience is trying to guess what you do for a living...then you sit down to your pc and play games and be your fun self. LIFESTYLE GAMER CONTENT

@Tesdey There is so many ways to do this and do it fun. No...the scrolling audience on FB isn't going to stop at your HS vid. BUT...you're the type of fun/interesting personality that pretty much anything else you do will make them stop scrolling. Start vid with than then transition

@alkali_layke I sometimes make more from Facebook than commissions in a month.

@arborealkey You're one of the people I was thinking about!! I love your FB vids and I also love knowing that when I watch them (which is all of them) you're making some $$ Win Win! Get that bread.

@alkali_layke I'm having to remake my page entirely. But I'm going to take it as an opportunity to build it right. Two weeks before my name is freed up again to restart!
