      This is how twitch and Blizzard connect on the back end to enable viewers to receive drops, but also for streamers to provide drops on their channels. - THEN, re-verify that you have drops enabled on your channel, as re-linking accounts sometimes resets this feature. (2/3)

        - If a specific viewer mentions they are not receiving drops, that's because their bnet account needs to be re-linked with Twitch. (3/3)

      @alkali_layke So as long as my twitch account is connected to my bnet account, I’ll have drops available when I stream?

        @lunalovepls IF you did it in order. If you enabled drops first and then connected bnet it likely broke it again. -bnet link first -then re-enable twitch drops
