      @themattlondon McKee called the Monster-in-horror-film (or Terminator-after-skin-removal) scene the "false ending." Campbell's Monomyth called Shire-like scenes "Return with the Elixir." The hero goes home, finds it's all screwed up, and changes it with what they learned on their adventure.

        @RoBrooks13 Those are terms I’m familiar with. It’s definitely at that point in the story. There’s a fancy word/phrase for it on the tip of my tongue. Maybe something Aristotelian. There’s a genre of stories that exist entirely in this moment — a trope coming out of the Vietnam war.
