Had a bug last night in @PlayHearthstone where I didn’t get to choose a card my opponent chose from alchemist because they casted it on their turn? It’s never happened that way - see second photo right side; action for me to choose a card not there https://t.co/SlvEGggflk

How do I report this best @MyntyPhresh?

@ShawnDotGames The suspicious card needs to still be alive for the 2nd choice to happen. Not a bug

@MyntyPhresh I had someone else cast this card before and use the card and I still got to get a copy of the card. The interaction is: Player A chooses a card, they can cast or not cast it Player B is given the same three options and has the option to choose the card. I didn’t get the option

@ShawnDotGames Them casting the spell from Suspicious Alchemist shouldnt be relevant. What IS relevant is if she survived or not. In your example, they cast a Fire Sale, which killed Alchemist. Since shebwasnt on the board on your turn, she couldnt give you the choice

@MyntyPhresh That seems really odd tbh - because it reads as if the ability goes on “the stack” and doesn’t go away when she’s not there. It doesn’t say anything about the effect going away with out her being there. Other cards from this new set have that text on them and operate that way

@MyntyPhresh But she doesn’t have that text on her - so she shouldn’t operate that way as read or she would need to be errata’d right?

@ShawnDotGames All Suspicous cards work this way. The text isnt 100% clear because there is not enough room to fully explain the intricacies like this which rarely come up anyways. Plus if it didnt work like this, players could be confused as to why theyre discovering something on their turn
