Final Fantasy XVI might be the worst "Final Fantasy" game I've ever played. Linear, no turn based combat, minimal RPG elements, no group play, basically Final Fantasy by name alone. Its also one of the best action games I've ever played, and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend

      @ZeddyHS It’s so Final Fantasy it hurts. You can trace a hard line from Rosa through Tifa to Jill. Ditto Banon through Barret to Cid. The return to Phoenix Gate is straight up Mount Ordeals. Gesthal and the Emperor are twins.
