Anubalisk's R2 (cocoon) should be a zerg egg/cocoon.

Yeah, the spider-webish design is decent, but in my opinion it would be so cool to capture enemies into a zerg egg (or the cocoon that Kerrigan was in when she became the queen of blades)

Speaking of Readability for the Cocoon. Will there ever come a time we can ping it?

That's a good idea. I'll make sure the right people hear that feedback.

The cocoon is slight different from standard skin, I like it and it avoid confusion and that's more important :(

This. Game play first is one of our values at Blizzard. As artists we make a lot of concessions to insure that assets are readable. The asset has more of a creep vibe to it. We want to make everything to look epic but game play is important.

    Thank you very much!

I appreciate it. It's been a much requested Quality of life upgrade for Anu'barak. I also appreciate you taking the time to let us know you saw the comment. It means a lot. :)

You're one of the artists? Well you guys have been doing wonderful work!

May I ask what released content you've worked on?

I am a cog in the machine and there are many artists that contribute to a single hero or skin. Read the following list as "FX, Animation, Tech art, rigging, concept, sound and me". I was the primary artist on Muraudin' Muradin (our FX artist and Animator for that hero did an amazing job on that guy too. I'm really proud of the work we did on that one which is why all of this feedback is important to me. We want to do a good job for you guys). Some more of my skins include Pajamathur, Super Sonya, and Buccaneer Falstad (I did his bird). The Heroes versions of Genji and Lucio are mine as well.

You're of course under no obligation to answer, but I'd love to hear your point of view on banned skins (from pro games I mean). Skins like Archangel Diablo (due to its blue Apocalypse being harder to see), Maraudin' Muradin (his Storm Bolt shoots at a weird angle which makes him confusing), that kinda stuff.

From my very remote point of view it feels like it's just different sensibilities, where the dev team (artists, but not only) felt like those skins didn't cause a gameplay problem, but the consensus from the pros ended up being different.

If so, do you guys feel it'd be good to (some day, if you have time to prioritize it of course) go back on those skins to bring them more in line, or do you feel like it's just a small drop of water in the bucket and it doesn't matter that much when one or two skins aren't played in pro, and stand by your earlier judgement that they're not confusing enough that they'd require "fixing" (tuning would be more appropriate maybe)?

We learned a lot from this skin. Personally I would love to see Maraudin’ Muradin in pro play but there is a difference in the animation on his Stormbolt. I have talked with pro players about this skin recently and it doesn’t bother them as much anymore. They have grown accustomed to it from use in HL, Unranked and Quick match. Still, sometimes it’s hard for players to train their eyes to see something different as commonplace. We unsure how far we will go with future skins in this regard. That’s not to say we will never do it. We’re ok with some skins being banned from pro play. It’s not ideal from an artistic perspective but we understand. How strongly do you guys feel about changes in animation like Maraudin’ Muradin’s storm bolt? What’s acceptable to you? What’s too far?
